How do you ship chocolate in the warm weather?
In warm weather months and to warm weather locations, we ship Monday-Thursday on ice with insulation and express shipping services.
Is your chocolate Allergen-free or Gluten-free?
No. Our Chocolate Bar Contains Milk, Gluten (from Wheat & Barley), Pistachio & Sesame, Made in Facility that uses Wheat, Gluten, Peanuts, Tree Nuts, Soy, Sesame, Milk and Dairy Products.
Do you ship outside of the continental US?
NO. We currently only ship within the continental U.S.
What is your return and refund/exchange policy?
We offer refunds and reshipments for products that have melted in transit. We do not offer refunds for any other reason. We can not accept returns or exchanges due to food safety concerns.
